A head office on Sheikh Zayed Road for a company that trades in automotive spare parts — a business built on inventory, warehouses and volume, asking for a floor that looks nothing like any of it.

That gap is the brief. A representative office is where a supplier stops being a catalogue and becomes a company you sign with, so the 160 square metres are given over to the rooms where that happens rather than to desks. The detailing is deliberately quiet: at this altitude on Sheikh Zayed Road the view does the work, and an interior that competes with it only looks nervous.

An executive office with a dark wood desk, two leather visitor chairs and a sofa, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, a bookshelf with display lighting to the left.
A close view of the same executive desk, a leather chair backed by a backlit display shelf holding awards and framed photos, a desktop computer and accessories in the foreground.
Two brown leather armchairs facing a low table, positioned under a wood-cut world map mounted on frosted glass, the executive desk visible beyond.
A double-row workstation with black mesh task chairs and warm wood desking, an industrial black ceiling with an exposed red pipe, a world map silhouette etched into the frosted glass wall at the far end.
Workstations seen from the side, glass-partitioned meeting rooms beyond, a wood-cut world map on the left wall and a small planter on a low cabinet.
The same desking row from the opposite end, a world map graphic on the end wall above a printer station, exposed red pipework along the ceiling.
A lounge with a brown leather sofa and armchairs around a glass-and-steel coffee table, seen through a glass partition etched with a world map, workstations visible beyond.
A boardroom with a herringbone-veneer table and taupe swivel chairs, full-height windows framing the skyline, a world map etched into the glass wall on the left.
