Bluewaters Apartment

The brief was minimal in both senses: a pared-back interior, and more room to live in. Rather than furnish three bedrooms the client would never use, we merged the last two into a single master suite, and gave the bathroom a jacuzzi and a shower for two in the space the third would have taken.

Furniture is Poliform throughout, with an Italian kitchen and one consistent palette, so the eye reads a single apartment rather than a sequence of decisions. On the thirteenth floor the windows face Ain Dubai; the interior stays quiet and lets them.
