Two neighbouring villas in Al Wasl, renovated and joined into a single 3,500 m² residence, with architecture, interiors and landscape reworked so that the merged house reads as one.

Inside, veined stone, oak and walnut joinery and linear ceiling lights; bespoke libraries lit from within run through the living room, the family room and the study.
